Delete Resource Capacity Calculations (cprpd2203m100)
Use this session to delete resource capacity calculations that are generated. The date is determined based on a defined retention period, expressed in days, weeks, or months.
Note: By default, the retention period and unit specified in the Retain Resource Capacity Calculation for field in the Planning Parameters (cprpd0100m000) session is considered.
Field Information
- Up to Date
- The period up to which the data must be deleted.

The unit in which the data deletion period is expressed..
Allowed values
- Days
- The retention period is expressed in days. You can use this option for short-term operational planning and recent data snapshots. Maximum of 30 days can be specified.
- Weeks
- The retention period is expressed in weeks. You can use this option in alignment with production planning horizons (quarterly ≈ 3 months). Maximum of 12 weeks can be specified.
- Months
- The retention period is expressed in months. You can use this option to ensure traceability for annual audits and regulatory compliances. Maximum of 12 months can be specified.
- Not Applicable
- Only not completed runs
- If this check box is selected, the unfinished calculations within the date range are deleted, and the completed runs are retained.
