Attendance Period Overview (bpxtm3610m000)
Use this session to view and review actual attendance data of the employee. You can filter the data by employee, employee group, period year, and so on.
The Balances section displays cumulative totals of the Hours balance, Vacation, and Overtime, starting from January 1st of each year.
The graph shows the hours by date for all attendance types that are in use for the selected period. This session provides a visual overview of actual attendance for a selected period by using a stacked bar chart that displays attendance hours per day by attendance type. The chart supports a maximum of 31 displayed days.

- The code of the employee.
- Department
- The code of the department.
- Employee Group
- The code of the employee group.
- Period Table Code
- The code of the period table.
- Period Year
- The year for which the attendance data is displayed.
- Period Number
- The period number for which the attendance data is displayed.
- Period Status

The status of the attendance period.
Allowed values
- Open

The actual attendance can be generated. The lines in the attendance period can be modified.
- Locked

The actual attendance cannot be generated. The lines cannot be modified. The status is set to locked only if the End Date is specified in the attendance period.
- Approved

The actual attendance cannot be generated. The lines cannot be modified.
- Closed

The attendance period lines are sent to a payroll system. The lines cannot be modified.
- Period Export
- Indicates if the period data can be exported to payroll.
- Balances

- Beginning
- The beginning and end hours display the day and time range for the balance hours, vacation, and overtime hours of the employee for the selected period.
- Hours balance
- The hours balance display the difference between planned hours and actual hours.
- Vacation
- Th number of vacation days in the selected period.
- Overtime
- The overtime recorded for the employee for the selected period.
