Order Types allowed in Colombia localization

Currently, these are the types of orders that are allowed to be used in Colombia:

Manual Sales Invoices
Sales Orders
Project Orders
Contract Orders
Service Orders

This indicates that the withholding tax is calculated for these kind of orders. This automatic calculation is not applicable for other types of orders.

For other types of orders, new designs are required, so the corresponding functionality can assimilate the Colombia Localization operations.
