Packing Sheet (whwmd5440m000)

Use this session to print the packing sheet, used for packing. You can print the packing sheet based on the proposed stock points or the actual stock points.

Selection Range

Shipment

The From and To fields define a range of: shipments based on which the packing sheet is printed.

Shipment Line

The From and To fields define a range of: shipment lines based on which the packing sheet is printed.

Reference Sequence

The From and To fields define a range of: reference sequence numbers based on which the packing sheet is printed.

Prepacking Advice Status

The From and To fields define a range of: prepacking advice status based on which the packing sheet is printed.

Allowed values

New: The initial status of the prepacking advice. In this phase the planner generates the proposed stock points, projected handling units and the goods are prepared for the packer. Prepacking advice with this status can be removed from the shipment header.
Approved: The packer approves the prepacking advice. This status can be reversed to New. Prepacking advices which are not approved cannot be used to move inventory to the packaging location (actual stock points cannot be created for warehouses that are not location-controlled). The prepacking advice cannot be removed from the shipment header.
Packing in Process: The packing is initiated. Removal prepacking advice is not possible.
Packed: The packer has completed the packaging activities for all lines that require packaging. This status is set only if all prepacking advice lines are packed. Unpacking a line resets the status to Packing in Process. You cannot delete a prepacking advice with this status.
Complete: The packer has completed all the packaging activities. When the status is set to Complete, the handling units are committed.. You can remove the prepacking advice from the shipment header.
Packing Canceled: The planner or the packer sets this status when repacking takes place during the picking process or demands are not required anymore. All the lines linked to the canceled prepacking advice are considered obsolete. You can remove the prepacking advice from the shipment header.

Include

Moved: If this check box is selected, the packing sheet includes the proposed stock points which are moved to actual stock points of prepacking advices.

Note: This check box is enabled only if the Based on field is set to Proposed Stock Point.
Canceled: If this check box is selected, the packing sheet includes the proposed or actual stock points depending on the Based on field of prepacking advices set to Canceled status.
Packed: If this check box is selected, the packing sheet includes the actual stock points of prepacking advices which are Packed.

Note: This check box is enabled only if the Based on field is set to Actual Stock Point.
Complete: If this check box is selected, the packing sheet includes prepacking advice of actual stock points which are set to Complete status.

Note: This check box is enabled only if the Based on field is set to Actual Stock Point.

Print

Barcodes

If this check box is selected, barcodes are printed on the packing sheet using the barcode type that you select in the Barcode Type field.

Barcode Type

The type of bar code that is printed on the packing sheet.
