The default series number defined for the motive of transport.

Note: 

The cache size of series used for delivery notes must be 0. This is because numbering gaps are not allowed for delivery notes.

If you specify or select a series with a cache size larger than 0 for delivery notes, an error message is displayed.

No error message is displayed in this session for delivery notes with too large cache sizes specified before LN version 2026.10. For such records, an error message is displayed if a numbering gap occurs during confirm shipment. You can then change the series or adjust the cache size of the series. Series for Return Certificates

The default series number defined for the return certificate.

This field is unavailable if, in the Inventory Handling Parameters (whinh0100m000) session, either of these settings is specified:

• The Return Certificates check box is cleared.
• The Format of Return Certificate field is set to Warehouse, Fiscal Year and Sequence.

Note: 

The cache size of series used for return certificates must be 0. This is because numbering gaps are not allowed for return certificates.
