Attribute Surcharge Book - Surcharges (tdpcg3102m000)

Use this session to view and maintain the surcharges for the attribute surcharge book.

Note: This session can be accessed and data created in this session only if the Attribute Surcharges check box is selected in the Pricing Parameters (tdpcg0100m000) session.

Attribute Surcharge Book

The number of the attribute surcharge book for which surcharge must be defined.

Description

The description of the attribute surcharge book.

Line

The position number of the attribute surcharge book.

Surcharge Line

The position number of the surcharge line associated with the attribute surcharge book.

Attribute
Attribute

The code of the attribute for which the surcharge is defined.

Attribute Option

Indicates the option of the attribute for which the surcharge is defined.

Note: 
  • This field is enabled only if:
    • The Data Type field is set to a value other than Option in the Attribute Domains (dsdmd1101m000) session.
    • The option list exists for which the Linked Attribute Related check box is selected for the surcharge defined for the attribute surcharge book.
  • If the attribute of the line is option based, it is possible to define an option list for which a surcharge is applicable.
Attribute Break Type

Indicates the break type associated with the attribute surcharge book.

Allowed values

Minimum

Select this break type if pricing and discount agreements in your company are based on a minimum order quantity or amount, or if freight rates are based on minimum distances.

Up To

Select this break type if pricing and discount agreements in your company are based on a maximum order quantity or amount, or if freight rates are based on maximum distances.

Attribute Break Value

Indicates the break value of the attribute surcharge, expressed in Attribute Break Unit.

Note: This field is enabled only if:
  • The Data Type field for the attribute is set to a value other than Option in the Attribute Domains (dsdmd1101m000) session.
  • You must specify a value in this field if the Attribute Break Type field is set to Up To.
Attribute Break Unit

The unit in which the break value of the attribute surcharge is expressed.

Note: 
  • This field is applicable only if the Data Type field for the attribute is set to a value other than Option in the Attribute Domains (dsdmd1101m000) session.
  • This value must be same as the Unit of the attribute in the Attributes (dsdmd1100m000) session or allowed to convert to the unit of the attribute.
Linked Attribute
Linked Attribute

The code of the attribute that impacts the actual attribute for which surcharge is defined.

Note: This value must be different from the value specified in the Attribute field.
Linked Attribute Option

Indicates the option of the linked attribute that impacts the attribute for which the surcharge is defined.

Note: This field is enabled only if:
  • The Data Type field is set to a value other than Option in the Attribute Domains (dsdmd1101m000) session.
  • The Linked Attribute is specified in the Attribute Surcharge Book - Lines (tdpcg3101m000) session.
  • The option list exists for which the Linked Attribute Related check box is cleared for the surcharge defined for the attribute surcharge book.
Linked Attribute Break Type

Indicates the break type that is used for the linked attribute.

Allowed values

Minimum

Select this break type if pricing and discount agreements in your company are based on a minimum order quantity or amount, or if freight rates are based on minimum distances.

Up To

Select this break type if pricing and discount agreements in your company are based on a maximum order quantity or amount, or if freight rates are based on maximum distances.

Linked Attribute Break Value

The break value of the linked attribute that impacts the actual attribute surcharge.

Note: This field is enabled only if:
  • The Data Type field for the linked attribute is set to a value other than Option in the Attribute Domains (dsdmd1101m000) session.
  • You must specify a value in this field if the Linked Attribute Break Type field is set to Up To.
Linked Attribute Break Unit

The unit in which the break value of the linked attribute is expressed.

Note: 
  • This field is applicable only if the Data Type field for the attribute is set to a value other than Option in the Attribute Domains (dsdmd1101m000) session.
  • This value must be same as the Unit of the linked attribute in the Attributes (dsdmd1100m000) session or allowed to convert to the unit of the attribute.

Surcharge Currency

The code of the currency in which the surcharge amount is expressed.

Surcharge Unit

The unit in which the surcharge amount is expressed.
