Philippines Parameters (lpphl0100m000)

Use this session to view and maintain the list of financial parameters for Philippines localization. This session contains:
  • A history list of parameter sets and the effective dates of each set. The most recent parameter sets are at the end of the list.
  • The current parameter, set at the top of the list (without an effective date). To view historical sets, click the Go to Details button for one of the historical parameter sets.
Note: This session can be accessed only if the Philippines check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.

To view or modify the current parameters, click the Go to Details button for the actual set without an effective date that is displayed at the top of the list to access the details of the Philippines Parameters (lpphl0100m000) session.

If you make changes and save the new parameter setting, the application performs these actions:
  • Adds the new set at the end of the history list.
  • Updates the current set at the top of the list.

Field Information

Introduction Date

The date and time when the parameter set is created.

Registration Type for Accreditation Number

The code of the registration type that is used to retrieve the accreditation number of the financial company or the business partner.

E-Invoicing
E-Invoicing Implemented

If this check box is selected, the E-Tax Invoicing functionality is implemented for the financial company in Philippines localization.

Note: By default, this check box is cleared.
Establishment
Establishment Type

The type of establishment for which the number group and series are defined to generate the E-Tax Invoices.

Allowed values

Head Office
Branch Office
Not Applicable
Note: The value 00000 is reserved for the head office and any other value represents the branch office.
Establishment Code

The code of the establishment associated with the business partner of the financial company.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Establishment Type field is set to Branch Office.
Establishment Name

The name of the establishment.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Establishment Type field is set to Branch Office.
