Delivery Terms for Statistical Amount Calculation (lpita3130m000)

Use this session to view and maintain the statistical amount share percentage for the delivery terms associated with the Intrastat transaction.

Note: This session can be accessed only if:
  • The Italy check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
  • The Intrastat Declarations implemented check box is selected in the Italian Parameters (lpita0100m000) session.

To calculate the statistical amount, the application considers:

  • The values in the Year and Period fields of the current declaration header from the Intrastat Declarations (lpita3170m000) session, for normal Intrastat transactions.
  • The values in the Reference Year/Period and Reference Declaration Period fields of the Intrastat Transactions (lpita3160m000) session, for statistical amount calculation.

The code of the delivery terms for which the share percentage of the statistical amount must be defined.

Transaction Type

Indicates the type of the invoice transaction that is generated for the Intrastat declaration.

Note: The recalculation is applicable only for the transaction types, Goods and Costs.
Effective from Period

The year from when the delivery terms used for statistical amount calculation for Intrastat transaction are valid.

Note: You must specify a value in this field only if the value in the Effective from Period field is greater than zero.
Effective from Period

The period of the year from when the delivery terms used for statistical amount calculation for Intrastat transaction are valid.

Note: You must specify a value in this field only if the value in the Effective from Period field is greater than zero.
Statistical Amount Share (%)

The percentage of the statistical amount share associated with the delivery terms of the Intrastat transaction.

Note:  This value is used to recalculate:
  • The Statistical Amount of the Intrastat transaction with Transaction Type set to a value of Goods.
  • The Cost to be distributed Amount of the Intrastat transaction with Transaction Type set to a value of Costs.
