Generate Media Files (lparg9232m000)

Use this session to generate media files for a specific media code. You can add multiple media codes and generate media files for all the media codes at a time.

Note: 
  • This session can be accessed only if the Argentina check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
  • When the media file is generated:
    • The log data for the selected media code is updated in the Media Generation Logs (lparg9533m000) session, which can be accessed using the Media Generation Log option from the References menu in this session.
    • The media data generated in this session is updated in the Generated Media Data (lparg9534m000) session, which can be accessed using the Generated Media Data option from the References menu in this session.
    • You can view the details of the media code for which the media file is generated in the Media Details (lparg9612m000) session, which can accessed using the Media Details option from the References menu in this session.

Field Information

Financial Company

The code of the financial company in which the media files must be generated.

Year

The fiscal year in which the media files must be generated.

Period

The period of the fiscal year.

Request Date

The date when the request is created for generating the media files.

Media Code

The media code for which the media file must be generated.

Path

The location on the server where the generated media file is located.

Note: This value is defaulted from the Root Path field in the Medias (lparg9112m000) session.
File Name

The name of the media file generated for the media code.

Note: This value is defaulted from the File Name field in the Medias (lparg9112m000) session. However, you can modify this value when generating the media file.
Login User

The logon code of the user by whom the media code is added for generating the media file.

Status

Indicates the status of the media file generation process.

Allowed values

Generated
The media field is successfully generated.
Partially Generated
The media file is generated for a tax code. However, the file is not generated for the missing tax codes associated with the media code.
Error
An error occurred when generating the media file.
Not Generated
The media code is added but the media file is not generated.
Movement Type

The type of movement associated with the media code for which the media file is generated.
