GenAI Prompt Parameters (ttrpi5151m000)
Use this session to view and maintain GenAI prompt parameters.
When a dataset is linked to a GenAI prompt, the dataset parameters are linked to the prompt. Because GenAI prompt input does not support ranges, only parameters of type Query Filter are copied. The default value of a parameter in the Dataset Parameters (ttrpi5501m000) session is used as the default value for the corresponding prompt parameter.
Menu options
Select to update the GenAI prompt parameters based on the selected dataset. Parameters removed from the dataset are also removed from the GenAI prompt parameters, and newly added dataset parameters are added accordingly.
Manually added GenAI prompt parameters are retained.
Field Information
- GenAI Prompt
- The name of the prompt.
- The description of the label.
- Table
- The table of the parameter used in the dataset. When a GenAI prompt parameter is added manually, this field is not applicable.
- Parameter
- The parameter of the prompt.
- Domain

The domain of the parameter.
For generated parameters, this field is blank and cannot be updated. For manually added parameters, you can specify a domain. If a domain is specified, the parameter uses that domain type. If no domain is specified, the parameter is treated as a string.

The value used for the parameter.
For generated parameters, the default value is taken from the dataset. The value can be changed based on the domain. For enumerated fields (predefined values) and for date fields, press Ctrl+B or click the button to select a value.
For domains of type date, use the format date(2026,05,24). You can also use +5 to add 5 days to the current date or -2 to subtract 2 days from the current date.
For domains of type UTC, use the format utc(2026,06,27,14,45,30). You can also use +3 to add 3 seconds to the current time or -6 to subtract 6 seconds from the current time.
