GenAI Prompts (ttrpi5150m000)
Use this session to view, specify, and maintain GenAI prompts.
When this session is opened, the availability of Large Language Models (LLMs) in the GenAI LLMs (ttrpi5560m000) session is verified. If no GenAI LLMs are available, they are initialized automatically.
When a dataset is linked to a GenAI prompt, the dataset parameters are linked to the prompt. Because GenAI prompt input does not support ranges, only parameters of type Query Filter are copied. These parameters are stored in the GenAI Prompt Parameters (ttrpi5151m000) session. The default value of a parameter in the Dataset Parameters (ttrpi5501m000) session is used as the default value for the corresponding prompt parameter.
Menu options
These options are available:
- : Starts the GenAI Prompts by Session (ttadv9160m000) session, where a prompt can be linked to a session.
- : Starts the Datasets (ttrpi5100m000) session.
- : Starts the GenAI Prompt Parameters (ttrpi5151m000) session, where the parameters of the prompt are displayed.
Field Information
- GenAI Prompt
- The name of the prompt.
- Label
-
The label code used for the prompt.
The Context of Label must be Form Command.
- The description of the label.
- LLM Name
- The LLM used at runtime. This field is optional. If not specified, the default LLM is used.
- LLM Version
- The LLM version used at runtime. This field is optional. If not specified, the default LLM version is used.
- Test User

The user name of the configured test user. This optional field is blank by default.
If a value (user name) is specified in this field, the value is validated against the user table. If validation succeeds, the name of the user is displayed. If validation fails, an error message is shown. For the configured test user, the technical prompt is included in the response output.
- Dataset
- The used dataset.
- The description of the dataset.
- Usage Type
- Indicates the prompt output type. This field is primarily used in the UI to display a corresponding icon.
- Instruction Text
- The end user instruction text for the prompt.
- Prompt Text

The prompt that is sent to the Infor GenAI API. The text can include a special marker, #data,output format,top level name#. At runtime, this marker is replaced with the dataset execution output in the specified format.
Example: #data,XML#.
If the formatter name referenced in the placeholder does not exist in the Dataset Output Formats (ttrpi5110m000) session, LN routes formatting through the Dataset.CustomOutputFormat process extension.
If no #data marker is found in the prompt text and a dataset is linked to the prompt, the dataset output is added automatically to the end of the runtime GenAI prompt.
