Archive and Delete Sales Contract History (tdsls3202m000)

セッションの目的: delete, archive, or archive and delete sales contract history.

Note: 
  • The archiving functionality is available in this session only if the 販売契約履歴アーカイブの導入 check box is selected in the 販売契約パラメータ (tdsls0100s300) session.
  • You can only delete sales contract history after the contract is deleted in the 販売契約の終了/削除 (tdsls3203m000) session.

The method for processing the data.

You can select:

  • 削除, if you want to delete the data.
  • アーカイブ, if you want to transfer the data to the archive company.
  • 両方, if you want to transfer the data to the archive company and then delete the data from the operational company.

The company for which the data is archived.

アーカイブ先会社

The archive company to which the data is transferred.

Note: 

This company is retrieved from the アーカイブ先会社 field in the 導入済ソフトウェア構成要素 (tccom0500m000) session.

選択範囲
アーカイブ/削除する日付範囲

The date up to which the sales contract history must be archived/deleted.

削除
契約タイプ

You can select the contracts to be deleted by contract type.

処理タイプ

You can select the sales contract history to be deleted by the type of transaction that is written to history.

削除を確認

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 all sales contract history in the selected range is deleted.

このチェックボックスがオフの場合､ sales contract history is not deleted. If you only want to generate a report, do not select this check box.

テキストのアーカイブ

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 texts are also archived.

テキストの上書き

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 texts that already exist in the archive company are replaced with the original text.

共通マスタデータのアーカイブ

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 general data from 共通 is archived.

  • You can also use the Archive General Data (tccom0250m000) session to archive general data.
販売マスタデータのアーカイブ

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 general data from Sales is archived.

  • This check box is available only if the Archive General Data only via session Archive General Data check box is cleared in the COM パラメータ (tccom5000m000) session.
  • You can also use the Archive General Data (tccom0250m000) session to archive general data.
出力オプション
レポートの出力

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 a report is generated with the results of the archiving/deletion process.

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 and errors occur during the deletion or archiving process, an error report is generated.
