Archive and Delete Sales Quotation History (tdsls1203m000)

セッションの目的: delete, archive, or archive and delete sales quotation history.

Note: 

The archiving functionality is available in this session only if the 履歴アーカイブの導入 check box is selected in the 販売見積パラメータ (tdsls0100s100) session.

The method for processing the data.

You can select:

  • 削除, if you want to delete the data.
  • アーカイブ, if you want to transfer the data to the archive company.
  • 両方, if you want to transfer the data to the archive company and then delete the data from the operational company.

The company for which the data is archived.

アーカイブ先会社

The archive company to which the data is transferred.

Note: 

This company is retrieved from the アーカイブ先会社 field in the 導入済ソフトウェア構成要素 (tccom0500m000) session.

選択範囲
日付範囲

The date up to which the sales quotation history data must be deleted/archived.

見積ラインタイプ

The type of quotation line to be deleted/archived.

作成済
処理済
取消済
削除
削除を確認

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 all sales quotation history in the selected range is deleted.

このチェックボックスがオフの場合､ sales quotation history is not deleted. Do not select this check box if you only want to generate a report.

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 texts are also archived.

テキストの上書き

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 texts that already exist in the archive company are replaced with the original text.

共通マスタデータのアーカイブ

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 general data from 共通 is archived.

  • You can also use the Archive General Data (tccom0250m000) session to archive general data.
販売マスタデータのアーカイブ

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 general data from Sales is archived.

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 a report of all deleted sales quotation history is generated.

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 and errors occur during the deletion or archiving process, an error report is generated.
