Archive and Delete Purchase Revisions (tdpur3222m200)

セッションの目的: delete, archive, or archive and delete purchase release revisions.

Note: 

The archiving functionality is available in this session only if the 購買発行アーカイブの導入 check box is selected in the 購買スケジュールパラメータ (tdpur0100m500) session.

In this session, you can specify:

  • The planner for whom the purchase release revisions must be deleted.
  • The date up to which the purchase release revisions must be deleted.
  • If the release revisions with the 送付済 status must only be deleted, or also the revisions with the status 作成済 or スケジュール済 that include (to be) terminated schedules.

The method for processing the data.

You can select:

  • 削除, if you want to delete the data.
  • アーカイブ, if you want to transfer the data to the archive company.
  • 両方, if you want to transfer the data to the archive company and then delete the data from the operational company.
アーカイブ/削除する出庫日上限

The date up to which you the purchase release revisions must be deleted or archived.

LN compares the specified date to the purchase release's issue date, as displayed in the 発行日 field of the 購買発行 (tdpur3120m000) session. The release revisions with an issue date before the specified date, are deleted.

終了スケジュールの未送信発行を含む

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 in addition to deleting release revisions with the 送付済 status, LN also deletes revisions with the status 作成済 or スケジュール済 that include (to be) terminated schedules.

To delete 作成済 or スケジュール済 releases, these conditions must be applicable:

  • The status of the linked schedules must be 終了処理中 or 終了.
  • The schedules with the 終了処理中 status do not include open schedule lines. Therefore, the status of the schedule lines is 取消済, 最終入庫, 請求済, or 処理済.
削除済発行の印刷

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 a process report is printed.

エラーレポート

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 and if errors occur during the deletion or archiving process, an error report is generated.

Archive
オリジナル会社

The company for which the data is archived.

アーカイブ先会社

The archive company to which the data is transferred.

Note: 

This company is retrieved from the アーカイブ先会社 field in the 導入済ソフトウェア構成要素 (tccom0500m000) session.

共通マスタデータのアーカイブ

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 general data from 共通 is archived.

Note: 
  • This check box is available only if the Archive General Data only via session Archive General Data check box is cleared in the COM パラメータ (tccom5000m000) session.
  • You can also use the Archive General Data (tccom0250m000) session to archive general data.
購買マスタデータのアーカイブ

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 general data from 調達 is archived.

  • You can also use the Archive General Data (tccom0250m000) session to archive general data.
テキストのアーカイブ

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 texts are also archived.

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 texts that already exist in the archive company are replaced with the original text.
