Archive and Delete/Terminate Purchase Contracts (tdpur3203m000)

セッションの目的: terminate, delete, and archive purchase contracts.

You can also combine these actions for a purchase contract.

Note: 
  • The archiving functionality is available in this session only if the 購買契約アーカイブの導入 check box is selected in the 購買契約パラメータ (tdpur0100m300) session.
  • Before purchase schedules and purchase orders can be archived, first the purchase contracts must be archived.

You cannot terminate a purchase contract if an 有効 purchase schedule is linked to the contract. To terminate the contract, you must terminate the schedule first.

You cannot delete a purchase contract if:

  • At least for one contract line, the called quantity is not equal to zero.
  • The contract is linked to an order or 有効 schedule.
  • The 削除前に契約を評価 check box in the 購買契約パラメータ (tdpur0100m300) session is selected, and the session's contract lines are not yet evaluated.
  • The contract is 有効.

You can select the contracts to be terminated or deleted by contract type.

設定

アーカイブまたは削除

The method for processing the data.

You can select:

  • 削除, if you want to delete the data.
  • アーカイブ, if you want to transfer the data to the archive company.
  • 両方, if you want to transfer the data to the archive company and then delete the data from the operational company.

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 and errors occur during the deletion or archiving process, an error report is generated.

終了
期限切契約を終了

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 and the expiry date of a selected contract with the フリー or 有効 status falls in the selected range of expiry dates, the contract status is set to 終了.

削除
フリー契約の削除

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 the selected contracts with the フリー status are deleted.

終了契約の削除

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 all selected contracts with the 終了 status are deleted.

Note: 
  • The contracts are also deleted for which the 期限切契約を終了 check box is selected.
  • If the 削除前に契約を評価 check box in the 購買契約パラメータ (tdpur0100m300) session is selected, a contract cannot be deleted before its contract lines are evaluated.
関連条件の削除

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 the terms and conditions agreement that is linked to the purchase contract is also deleted.

Archive
オリジナル会社

The company for which the data is archived.

アーカイブ先会社

The archive company to which the data is transferred.

Note: 

This company is retrieved from the アーカイブ先会社 field in the 導入済ソフトウェア構成要素 (tccom0500m000) session.

アーカイブの日付範囲

The date until which the data must be archived.

共通マスタデータのアーカイブ

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 general data from 共通 is archived.

  • This check box is available only if the Archive General Data only via session Archive General Data check box is cleared in the COM パラメータ (tccom5000m000) session.
  • You can also use the Archive General Data (tccom0250m000) session to archive general data.
購買マスタデータのアーカイブ

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 general data from 調達 is archived.

  • This check box is available only if the Archive General Data only via session Archive General Data check box is cleared in the COM パラメータ (tccom5000m000) session.
  • You can also use the Archive General Data (tccom0250m000) session to archive general data.
テキストのアーカイブ

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 texts are also archived.

テキストの上書き

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 texts that already exist in the archive company are replaced with the original text.
