Archive and Delete Purchase Contract History (tdpur3202m000)

セッションの目的: delete, archive, or archive and delete purchase contract history.

Note: 
  • The archiving functionality is available in this session only if the 購買契約履歴アーカイブの導入 check box is selected in the 購買契約パラメータ (tdpur0100m300) session.
  • If financial transactions are logged for the purchase contract, which you can define in the 財務会計と経済在庫処理のリンク field of the 購買契約パラメータ (tdpur0100m300) session, you can only delete purchase contract history if the financial transactions of the contract (line) are processed in a financial period that has the status クローズ or 本締め. You can view the status of the financial period in the 期間状況 (tfgld0107m000) session.
  • If a purchase office is not specified for the purchase contract line, no financial transactions are written to 財務会計. As a result, LN does not check the status of the financial period.

アーカイブまたは削除

The method for processing the data.

You can select:

  • 削除, if you want to delete the data.
  • アーカイブ, if you want to transfer the data to the archive company.
  • 両方, if you want to transfer the data to the archive company and then delete the data from the operational company.
アーカイブ/削除する日付範囲

The date up to which the purchase contract history must be archived/deleted.

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 a report is generated with the results of the archiving/deletion process.

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 and errors occur during the deletion or archiving process, an error report is generated.

オリジナル会社

The company for which the data is archived.

アーカイブ先会社

The archive company to which the data is transferred.

Note: 

This company is retrieved from the アーカイブ先会社 field in the 導入済ソフトウェア構成要素 (tccom0500m000) session.

共通マスタデータのアーカイブ

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 general data from 共通 is archived.

  • This check box is available only if the Archive General Data only via session Archive General Data check box is cleared in the COM パラメータ (tccom5000m000) session.
  • You can also use the Archive General Data (tccom0250m000) session to archive general data.
購買マスタデータのアーカイブ

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 general data from 調達 is archived.
