Archive and Delete Requisition History (tdpur2205m000)

セッションの目的: delete, archive, or archive and delete purchase requisition history.

Note: 
  • The archiving functionality is available in this session only if the 要求履歴アーカイブの導入 check box is selected in the 購買要求パラメータ (tdpur0100m200) session.
  • Only requisitions with the 削除済 status can be deleted in this session.

The method for processing the data.

You can select:

  • 削除, if you want to delete the data.
  • アーカイブ, if you want to transfer the data to the archive company.
  • 両方, if you want to transfer the data to the archive company and then delete the data from the operational company.
日付

The date up to which the requisition history data must be deleted/archived.

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 a report of the deleted requisitions is printed.

Archive
オリジナル会社

The company for which the data is archived.

アーカイブ先会社

The archive company to which the data is transferred.

Note: 

This company is retrieved from the アーカイブ先会社 field in the 導入済ソフトウェア構成要素 (tccom0500m000) session.

共通マスタデータのアーカイブ

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 general data from 共通 is archived.

Note: 
  • This check box is available only if the Archive General Data only via session Archive General Data check box is cleared in the COM パラメータ (tccom5000m000) session.
  • You can also use the Archive General Data (tccom0250m000) session to archive general data.
購買マスタデータのアーカイブ

このチェックボックスをオンにした場合、 general data from 調達 is archived.
