Archive and Delete Purchase Revisions (tdpur3222m200)

Utilizzare questa sessione per delete, archive, or archive and delete purchase release revisions.

Note: 

The archiving functionality is available in this session only if the Archiviazione rilascio acquisti implementata check box is selected in the Parametri programma acquisti (tdpur0100m500) session.

In this session, you can specify:

  • The planner for whom the purchase release revisions must be deleted.
  • The date up to which the purchase release revisions must be deleted.
  • If the release revisions with the Inviato status must only be deleted, or also the revisions with the status Creato or Note di spedizione programmate that include (to be) terminated schedules.

The method for processing the data.

You can select:

  • Elimina, if you want to delete the data.
  • Archivia, if you want to transfer the data to the archive company.
  • Entrambi, if you want to transfer the data to the archive company and then delete the data from the operational company.
Archivia/Elimina fino a data di prelievo

The date up to which you the purchase release revisions must be deleted or archived.

LN compares the specified date to the purchase release's issue date, as displayed in the Data di prelievo field of the Rilasci acquisti (tdpur3120m000) session. The release revisions with an issue date before the specified date, are deleted.

Includi rilasci non inviati per programmi terminati

Se questa casella di controllo è selezionata, in addition to deleting release revisions with the Inviato status, LN also deletes revisions with the status Creato or Note di spedizione programmate that include (to be) terminated schedules.

To delete Creato or Note di spedizione programmate releases, these conditions must be applicable:

  • The status of the linked schedules must be In fase di chiusura or Terminato.
  • The schedules with the In fase di chiusura status do not include open schedule lines. Therefore, the status of the schedule lines is Annullato, Ricevimento finale, Fatturato, or Elaborato.
Report processo

Se questa casella di controllo è selezionata, a process report is printed.

Report errori

Se questa casella di controllo è selezionata, and if errors occur during the deletion or archiving process, an error report is generated.

The company for which the data is archived.

Società archiviazione

The archive company to which the data is transferred.

This company is retrieved from the Società di archiviazione field in the Componenti software implementati (tccom0500m000) session.
