Archive and Delete Requisition History (tdpur2205m000)

Utilizzare questa sessione per delete, archive, or archive and delete purchase requisition history.

Note: 
  • The archiving functionality is available in this session only if the Archiviazione storico richieste implementata check box is selected in the Parametri richieste di acquisto (tdpur0100m200) session.
  • Only requisitions with the Eliminato status can be deleted in this session.

The method for processing the data.

You can select:

  • Elimina, if you want to delete the data.
  • Archivia, if you want to transfer the data to the archive company.
  • Entrambi, if you want to transfer the data to the archive company and then delete the data from the operational company.
Fino alla data

The date up to which the requisition history data must be deleted/archived.

Se questa casella di controllo è selezionata, a report of the deleted requisitions is printed.

The company for which the data is archived.

Società archiviazione

The archive company to which the data is transferred.

This company is retrieved from the Società di archiviazione field in the Componenti software implementati (tccom0500m000) session.
