Carrier/LSP: The code of the carrier or LSP for which the exception reason is defined.
Exception Reason: The description of the reason for exception.

Note:
This value is defaulted from the Motivo field in the Motivi (tcmcs0105m000) session.
Modified By: The logon code of the user who modifies the exceptions data.
Modification Date: The date and time when the exceptions data is modified.
