Trade Cards (lphun4135m000)

Utilizzare questa sessione per maintain the trade cards. The trade card contains shipment related data based on which the EKAER request is done.

Note: 
  • You can modify the trade card data only if the trade card status is other than Finalized or Deleted.
  • For trade cards that are linked to loads with Open status, you can modify the values of only these fields:
    • Trade Type
    • Modify by Carrier Allowed
    • Total Value Assured
  • For all the shipments of a load, only one EKAER must be requested.
Note: 
  • Finalize

    You can use the Finalize option from the Actions menu to generate the EKAER XML with the finalize operation with the status set to F with a specified finalization time. On confirmation, the related trade card Status is also updated to Finalized. The EKAER is finalized after the confirmation of the receipt or unloading of the goods.

    • This option is displayed only if the trade card is related to a load (shipment) and the Status is set to Complete.
    • You can only finalize the trade cards prior to the Trade Card Expiry Date.
    • This option is not applicable for the exports related to Hungarian localization (destination country is other than Hungary) and warehouse receipts.
  • Delete

    You can use the Delete option from the Actions menu to generate the EKAER XML with the delete operation updating the status to I (Inactive). On confirmation, the related trade card Status is also updated to Deleted.

    When using the Delete option, you must specify the Status Modification Reason as the reason is included in the EKAER XML file.

    • This option is enabled only if the trade card Status is other than Finalized and Open.
    • When you click Delete to delete a trade card, the trade card Status is set to Deleted also in these sessions that are specified by load or receipt:
      • Trade Cards by Shipment (lphun4130m000)
      • Shipment - Trade Card (lphun4630m000)
      • Shipment Lines - Trade Card Details (lphun4131m000)
      • Trade Cards by Warehouse Receipt (lphun3110m000)
      • Warehouse Receipt - Trade Cards (lphun3610m000)

Lo stato iniziale, se è stato specificato l’utilizzo delle spedizioni previste. La spedizione e le righe di spedizione sono state create al momento della creazione delle righe ordine di uscita.

Annullato

Il processo di spedizione è stato interrotto. Non è possibile eseguire il blocco o la conferma.

  • The Load Pick-up Vehicle Plate Number is considered when Trade Type is Export
  • The Load Delivery Vehicle Plate Number is considered when the Trade Type is Import.
  • The Load Pick-up Vehicle Plate Number is considered when Trade Type is Domestic and Pick-up Vehicle Plate Number is same as Delivery Vehicle Plate Number.
Plate Number Country
The international license plate country code of the country to which the registration plate number of the vehicle is registered.
Additional Plate Number
The additional registration plate number of the vehicle, such as trailer that is used for the transport of goods.
Additional Plate Number Country
The international license plate country code of the country to which the additional registration plate number of the vehicle is registered.
Communicated Plate Number

The registration number of the vehicle specified in the EKAER request.

Note: 

This value is defaulted from the Plate Number field, when the EKAER request is sent to the government authority.

Communicated Plate Number Country 

The previously communicated international license plate country code of the country associated with the registration number of the vehicle specified in the EKAER request.

Communicated Additional Plate Number

The additional registration number of the vehicle specified in the EKAER request.

Communicated Additional Plate Number Country

The previously communicated international license plate country code of the country associated with the additional registration number of the vehicle specified in the EKAER request.
