Convert Sessions within DEM tables into Applications (tgbrg5955m000)
Utilice esta sesión para convert the ERP tables where ERP session codes are used instead of the component, component release, and application.
The ERP tables that are affected are:
- Business Process Activities (tgbrg520)
- Subapplications by Business-Process Activity (tgbrg523)
- Component Applications by Support Application (tgbrg560)
- Roles by Subapplication by Activity by Business Process (tgbrg355)
The former helper applications (tgwms140) are converted to a component (the default is the extension of the helper application), component release (the default is the current release) and one application (for which the default is MAINAPPL).
The conversion of the ERP tables results in three new fields, namely:
The field that contains the old ERP session code remains in the ERP table, but is no longer used.
Before you can actually start the conversion you need to define:
- The running ERP component and the running ERP component release via the Parámetros del Modelizador Empresarial (tgbrg0135s000) session.
- The running ERP component release must be filled with the applications that are available. To automatically insert all ERP sessions in the running ERP component release, start the Aplicaciones por componente (tgbrg5155m000) session and click the Importar aplicaciones de componente ERP en ejecución (tgbrg5255m000) command on the Specific menu.
