Evaluate Parameter Setting Rules (Project Model) (tgbrg4230m000)

The value of the parameter is set if the following condition is met: the parameter is used in a parameter-setting rule

Therefore, if the current value of that parameter is different from the value that is derived from the setting rule, the latter value is applied.
