Archive and Delete / Terminate Sales Contracts (tdsls3203m000)

Utilice esta sesión para terminate, delete, and archive sales contracts.

You can also combine these actions for a sales contract.

Note: 
  • The archiving functionality is available in this session only if the Archivado de contrato de venta implementado check box is selected in the Parámetros de contratos de venta (tdsls0100s300) session.
  • Before sales schedules and sales orders can be archived, first the sales contracts must be archived.

You cannot terminate a sales contract if an open sales schedule is linked to the contract. To terminate the contract, you must terminate the schedule first.

You cannot delete a sales contract if:

  • At least for one contract line, the called quantity is not equal to zero.
  • The contract is linked to an order or open schedule.
  • The Evaluar contrato antes de borrar check box in the Parámetros de contratos de venta (tdsls0100s300) session is selected, and the session's contract lines are not yet evaluated.
  • The contract is Activo.

You can select the contracts to be terminated/deleted by contract type.

Configuración
Archivar o borrar

The method for processing the data.

You can select:

  • Eliminar, if you want to delete the data.
  • Archivar, if you want to transfer the data to the archive company.
  • Ambos, if you want to transfer the data to the archive company and then delete the data from the operational company.
Finalizar
Finalizar contratos vencidos

Si esta casilla de verificación está seleccionada, and the expiry date of a selected contract with the Libre or Activo status is before the current date and is in the selected range of expiry dates, the contract status is set to Terminado.

Borrar
Borrar contratos libres

Si esta casilla de verificación está seleccionada, the selected contracts with the Libre status are deleted.

Borrar contratos finalizados

Si esta casilla de verificación está seleccionada, all selected contracts with the Terminado status are deleted.

Note: 
  • The contracts are also deleted for which the Finalizar contratos vencidos check box is selected.
  • If the Evaluar contrato antes de borrar check box in the Parámetros de contratos de venta (tdsls0100s300) session is selected, a contract cannot be deleted before its contract lines are evaluated.
Borrar términos y condiciones vinculados

Si esta casilla de verificación está seleccionada, the terms and conditions agreement that is linked to the sales contract is also deleted.

Archive
Compañía original

The company for which the data is archived.

Compañía de destino de archivado

The archive company to which the data is transferred.

Note: 

This company is retrieved from the Compañía de destino de archivado field in the Componentes de software implementados (tccom0500m000) session.

Archivar hasta la fecha

The date until which the data must be archived.

Archivar datos maestros comunes

Si esta casilla de verificación está seleccionada, general data from Common is archived.

Note: 
  • This check box is available only if the Archive General Data only via session Archive General Data check box is cleared in the Parámetros de COM (tccom5000m000) session.
  • You can also use the Archive General Data (tccom0250m000) session to archive general data.
Archivar datos maestros de ventas

Note: 
  • This check box is available only if the Archive General Data only via session Archive General Data check box is cleared in the Parámetros de COM (tccom5000m000) session.
