E-Transport Data by Shipment (lptur0130m000)

Utilice esta sesión para view and maintain the E-Transport data for a shipment. The data in this session is created or updated only if:

  • The Localized Authorization Procedure Implemented check box is selected in the Turkish Logistic Parameters (lptur0100m000) session.
  • The Procedimiento de autorización localizado aplicable check box is selected and Procedimiento de autorización localizado completado check box is cleared in the Expediciones (whinh4130m000) session.
Note: 
  • This session can be accessed only if the Turquía check box is selected in the Componentes de software implementados (tccom0100s000) session.
  • The application allows you to modify the data in this session only if the Procedimiento de autorización localizado completado check box is cleared in the Expediciones (whinh4130m000) session.

Shipment

The identification number of the shipment for which the E-Transport data is displayed.

LAP Completed

Indicates whether localized authorization procedure is completed for the shipment.

Note: 

This check box setting is defaulted from the Procedimiento de autorización localizado completado field in the Expediciones (whinh4130m000) session.

Changed Manually

If this check box is selected, the E-Transport data for the shipment is updated manually.

Modified By

The logon code of the user who modifies the E-Transport data of the shipment.

Modification Date

The date and time when the E-Transport data of the shipment is modified.

Vehicle Plate Number Country

The code of the country in which the vehicle associated with the shipment is registered.

Vehicle Plate Number

The plate number of the vehicle associated with the shipment.

Driver Name

The name of the driver associated with the vehicle of the shipment.

Driver Surname

The last name of the driver.

Driver Fiscal ID

The fiscal identification number of the driver.

Carrier/LSP

The code of the carrier that picks up the goods associated with the shipment.

Carrier TAX ID

The tax identification number of the carrier.

Authorization Status

Indicates the status of the E-Transport data of the shipment.

Allowed values

Pending Submission
Submitted
Approved
Rejected
Authorization Number

The authorization number of the E-Transport data for the shipment received from an external system.

Authorization Date

The date and time when the E-Transport data for the shipment is authorized by the tax authorities.

Mensaje

The error message that is received from the external system during the authorization of the data.

Note: 

These error messages are updated in the E-Transport Messages by Shipment (lptur0140m000) session.
