Using the inventory monitor graph
The inventory monitor graph in the Inventory 360 (whwmd4300m000) session provides projected inventory levels over time, into the future and in the past.
The inventory levels are displayed for the selected warehouse or site. If no warehouse, but a site is selected, the inventory levels for the site are displayed. If no warehouse and no site is selected, the inventory levels for the company are displayed.
You can only select sites if the multisite concepts are activated.
Use the arrows below the graph to move to periods in the future or in the past.
The X-axis displays the period of time. By default, it is expressed in days, but you can also set it to hours, weeks, or months.
The left Y-axis displays the quantities that refer to planned inventory transactions if the time period is in the future, or actual inventory transactions if the time period is in the past. The columns display the related receipt or issue transactions.
If you click the Receipt Transactions or Issue Transactions columns, these sessions start:
- Planned Inventory Transactions (whinp1500m000) for periods in the future.
- Item - Warehouse - Inventory Transactions (whinr1510m000) for periods in the past.
The right Y-axis refers to the inventory level, which corresponds to the lines shown in the graph. The colored lines displayed in the graph refer to this inventory level information:
