Use this session to delete and/ or archive the following data:
- Shipment History
- Shipment Lines History
- Shipment Line Serials History
- Shipping Containers History
- Shipment Line Packaging Structure History
- Shipment Line Ownership History
- Loads History
- Outbound ASN Routings History
Performance aspects
Deleting, archiving, or deleting and archiving history records helps to save system performance. For more information, refer to Delete and archive
Field Information
- Archive or Delete

Use this field to determine whether to:
- Delete shipments
- Archive shipments
- Both
- Keep Last Transaction

If this check box is selected, the most recent transaction from the selected range of transactions is not deleted.
- Archive Common Master Data

The shipment history data that is older than the number of days expressed in this field is deleted and/or archived.
- Original Company

The code of the current company. This is the company whose data must be deleted or archived.
- Archive-to Company

The code of the archive company in which the archived data is stored.
For each company, an archive company is defined in the Archive-to Company of the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
