Delete/Archive Receipt History (whinh3260m000)

Use this session to remove receipt related history data.

History data from these sessions is removed:

  • Warehouse Receipts History (whinh3560m000)
  • Receipt Line Packing Structure History (whinh3566m000)
  • Receipt Line BOM Lots and Serials History (whinh3569m000)
  • Receipt Line BOM History (whinh3568m000)
  • Receipt Line Stock Point Details History (whinh3570m000)
  • Receipt Line Ownership History (whinh3571m000)
  • Receipt Line Peg Distribution History (whinh3578m000)
  • Receipt Lines History (whinh3562m000)
Note: Only records for which no actual receipts are present in the Warehouse Receipt (whinh3512m000) session are removed. Actual receipts are removed when the Remove Warehousing Orders (whinh2250m000) session is run for the related warehouse orders.

Deleting, archiving, or deleting and archiving history records helps to save system performance. For more information, refer to Delete and archive.

Field Information

Keep Last Transaction

If this check box is selected, the most recent transaction from the selected range of transactions is not deleted.

Original Company

The code of the current company. This is the company whose data must be deleted or archived.

Archive-to Company

The code of the archive company in which the archived data is stored.

For each company, an archive company is defined in the Archive-to Company of the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
