Delete/Archive Re-export Transfer History (whinh1285m000)

Use this session to delete, archive, or delete and archive re-export transfer history data.

Field Information

Re-export Transfer

The From and To fields define a range of: re-export transfer orders from the Re-export Transfers History (whinh1585m000) session that are to be archived or deleted.

Archive or Delete

Select an option to delete or archive the re-export transfer history data.

Allowed values

Delete: The history is deleted.
Archive: The history up to a specified date is saved by transfer to an archiving company.
Both: The history is archived and deleted.

Archive Common Master Data

If this check box is selected, LN archives the base data (item data, warehouse data, and so on) required for the archiving process.

Archive Warehousing Master Data

If this check box is selected, LN archives the warehousing master data required for the archiving process.

Archive Text

If this check box is selected, LN also archives the texts created for the re-export transfer orders and order lines.

Overwrite Text

If this check box is selected, texts present in the archive company are overwritten by the texts from the operational company.

Up to Date

The transaction date and time of the re-export transfer orders up to which the re-export transfer data must be deleted or archived.

Original Company

The code of the current company. This is the company whose data must be deleted or archived.

Archive-to Company

The code of the archive company in which the archived data is stored.

For each company, an archive company is defined in the Archive-to Company of the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
