Inventory Valuation Selection Set for Storage (whina1609m000)

Use this session to create and maintain the details of the selection set (settings) based on which the process of storing the inventory valuation runs data is performed.

The Inventory Valuation Runs (whina1110m000) session is displayed as a satellite session.

Note: 
  • You can perform the inventory valuation run for the specific selection set using the Perform Inventory Valuation for Storage (whina1210m100) session. This session can be accessed using the Perform Valuation option from the Actions menu.
  • You can delete the specific inventory valuation runs data using the Delete Inventory Valuation Runs (whina1210m200) session. This session can be accessed using the Delete Inventory Valuation Runs option from the Actions menu.

The From and To fields define a range of: warehouse valuation groups that are used to perform inventory valuation.

Site

The From and To fields define a range of: sites associated with the warehouse for which inventory valuation must be performed.

Warehouse From

The From and To fields define a range of: warehouses for which inventory valuation must be performed.

From Item

The From and To fields define a range of: items for which inventory valuation must be performed.

From Attribute Set

The From and To fields define a range of: attribute sets associated with the items for which inventory valuation must be performed.

Currency

The code of the currency in which the amount related to inventory valuation run is expressed.

Exchange Rate Type

The code of the exchange-rate type that is used for the conversion of currencies in the transactions related to inventory valuation.

Include Inventory on Hand
Regular

If this check box is selected, the application also considers the regular inventory on hand for inventory valuation.

Quarantine (not finished products or not payable inventory)

If this check box is selected, the application includes the quarantine inventory in the inventory valuation process. These items are not finished products or not payable inventory in quarantine.

  • This field is displayed only if the Quarantine Inventory check box is selected in the Inventory Handling Parameters (whinh0100m000) session.
Include Inventory in Transit
Inventory in Transit Sales Order Lines not Approved

If this check box is selected, the application includes the in transit inventory in the inventory valuation process. This inventory is related to the sales order lines that are not approved.

  • This field is displayed only if the Customer Approval check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
Inventory in Transit Sales Order Lines Rejected not Returned

If this check box is selected, the application includes the in transit inventory in the inventory valuation process. This inventory is related to the sales order lines that are rejected but not returned.

Inventory in Transit to Warehouse without Intercompany Trade

If this check box is selected, the application includes the inventory that is in transit to the warehouse, in the inventory valuation process. This is the inventory that is related to a warehouse without Intercompany trade.

Inventory in Transit to Warehouse with Intercomp Trade, COS not posted

If this check box is selected, the application includes the inventory that is in transit to the warehouse, in the inventory valuation process. This inventory is related to a warehouse with Intercompany trade but COS (cost of sale) not posted.

Inventory in Transit to Warehouse with Intercompany Trade, COS posted

If this check box is selected, the application includes the inventory that is in transit to the warehouse, in the inventory valuation process. This inventory is related to a warehouse with Intercompany trade and COS (cost of sale) is posted.

Inventory in Transit Maintenance Sales Part Loan Lines

If this check box is selected, the application includes the inventory that is in transit to the part maintenance lines related to a maintenance sales order, in the inventory valuation process.

If this check box is selected, the application includes the consigned inventory in the inventory valuation process.

If this check box is selected, the application includes the customer owned inventory in the inventory valuation process.

If this check box is selected, the application includes the value of the inventory in the inventory valuation process.

Inventory WIP Value

If this check box is selected, the application includes the items with mixed ownership in the inventory valuation process.

Items with mixed ownership are manufactured from both company owned and customer owned materials. Logistically, such items are registered as customer owned. Financially, the company owned part of these items is represented as inventory WIP.
