Change Item Integrates with Fixed Asset Management (whina1233m000)

Use this session to change the Item Integrated with Fixed Asset Management indicator setting.

Note: This session can be accessed only if:

The Equipment as a Service check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
The Received Assets Active check box is selected in the FAM Parameters (tffam0100s000) session for one of the related financial companies.

Field Information

Selection

Selection Range: Use the fields in the Selection Range group box to specify the range of items that must be used to change the items integrates with Fixed Asset Management indicator.

Integrates with Fixed Asset Management

: Indicate whether the selected items (of type rental product) is integrated with the fixed asset management..

Update Mode

The options to only simulate or to actually update the setting of Item Integrates with Fixed Asset Management in LN.

Allowed values

Simulate: Generates a report of the data to be processed.
Update: Actually processes the selected data.

Settings

Price

The value against which the item is registered.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Integrates with Fixed Asset Management check box is selected.

Currency

The code of the currency in which the price is expressed.

Note:

By default, the reference currency is displayed in this field. However, you can modify this value.
This field is enabled only if the Integrates with Fixed Asset Management check box is selected.

Reason

The code to indicate the reason for the change. The reason code is registered on the created revaluation order.

Note: This value is defaulted from the Reason (whina000.rvrs) field in the Inventory Analysis Parameters (whina0100m000) session.

Update Defaults on Item Type/Item Group

If this check box is selected, the setting integrates with Fixed Asset Management and is also changed in the Item Warehousing Defaults (whwmd4601m000) session for the specified range of item groups.

Print

Error Report: If this check box is selected, LN generates an error report with the errors occurred during the process.
Success Report: If this check box is selected, LN generates a report with the item of type rental product for whom the integration with FAM indicator is updated.
