Processing quote lines
You can process quote lines to create service orders after the status of the linked quote is set to Accepted. For more information on processing a quote, see Processing a quote to service order.
You can process an accepted quote line using the option in the Quote Line (tsepp1610m200) session. In the Process Quotes (tsepp1203m000) session, you can:
- Link the quote line to the service order specified in the Add to Service Order field. If this value is not specified, a new service order is created, and the processed quote line is linked to this new service order.
- Specify a range of quote lines to be processed.
Note: You can process a quote line and link the line to a service order only if the line is already not linked to a service order activity.
