Groups for Non-Conformance Reports for Dashboard (tsspc3500m400)

Use this session to view and modify group planning data for non-conformance reports.

Note: This session is displayed in the Groups for Non-Conformance Reports - Dashboard (tsspc3600m802) session.

Field Information

Start Date

The start date of the group. LN displays the details of the groups with a start date later than the specified date.

End Date

The finish date of the group. LN displays the details of the groups with a finish date earlier than the specified date.

Allocated Resource

The resources allocated to the specified group. The allocated resources are copied from group planning to the non-conformance report.

Group

The unique ID of the group.

Allocated Resource

The resources allocated to the specified group. The allocated resources are copied from group planning to the non-conformance report.

Group Status

The least possible status of all the activities in the group.

Allowed values

Created

The activity is imported from service order activity, work order activity or planned activity. The activity is yet to be planned.

Planned

The activity is successfully planned (planning times are updated). The updated start and finish times can be copied to the service order activity, work order activity or planned activity.

Not Planned

The activity could not be planned. Owing to failure of the planning process, the activity must be re-planned.

Released

The updated start and finish times of the activity are copied to the service order activity, work order activity or planned activity.

Frozen

If this check box is selected, the group is frozen and you cannot add new groups to the existing groups.

Firm Planned

If this check box is selected, the group is firm planned and you cannot change the start and finish date of the group.

Planned Start Time

The planned start date and time of the first activity set in the specified group.

Planned Finish Time

The planned finish date and time of the last activity set in the specified group.

Sort Method

The sorting method for activities in an activity set.

Note: 
  • This value is defaulted from the Group Sets for Quality (tsspc2190m400) session, if the group is part of the group set.
  • If group is not part of a group set, this value is defaulted from Sort Method specified in the Service Planning Parameters (tsspc0100m000) session.
Keep Sequence of Activity Sets

If this check box is selected, LN does not change the sequence of the activity sets when the specified group is planned.

Note: This value is defaulted from the Group Sets for Quality (tsspc2190m400) session.
Total Activity Duration

The cumulative duration of activities for all the activity sets in the group.
