Copy Service Order (tssoc2280m000)

Use this session to to duplicate service order header, reference activities, estimated material, estimated labor, and estimated other costs.

Field Information

Service Order: Service order to be duplicated.
Sold-to Business Partner: Sold-to business partner of the selected service order.
Sold-to BP: The description or name of the code.
Service Office: Service department of the selected service order.
Service Department: The description or name of the code.
Service Type: Service type of the selected service order.
Service Type: The description or name of the code.
Service Order: Enter the target service order.
Sold-to Business Partner: Enter the sold-to business partner of the targeted service order.
Sold-to BP: The description or name of the code.
Service Office: Enter the service department of the targeted service order.
Service Department: The description or name of the code.
Service Type: Enter the service type of the targeted service order.
Service Type: The description or name of the code.
Copy Header Only: If this check box is selected, only the service order header details are copied to the targeted service order.
Activity Lines: If this check box is selected, the service order activity line details are copied to the targeted service order.

Note: This check box is disabled when you select the Copy Header Only check box.
Assignments: If this check box is selected, the assignment details are copied to the targeted service order.

Note: This check box is enabled if you select the Activity Lines check box.
Skills: If this check box is selected, the related skill is copied to the target service order.

Note: You can view this checkbox, only if the Skill checkbox is selected in General Service Parameters (tsmdm0100m000) session.
Estimated Cost Lines: If this check box is selected, the estimated cost lines are copied to the targeted service order.

Note: This check box is enabled only if the Copy Header Only check box is cleared.
Material Lines: If this check box is selected, only the material lines are copied to the targeted service order.

Note: This check box is enabled if you select the Estimated Cost Lines check box.
Labor Lines: If this check box is selected, only the labor lines are copied to the targeted service order.

Note: This check box is enabled if you select the Estimated Cost Lines check box.
Other Lines: If this check box is selected, only the other lines details are copied to the targeted service order.

Note: This check box is enabled if you select the Estimated Cost Lines check box.
Inspections: If this check box is selected, the related inspections are copied to the specified service order activities.

Note: The inspections that are not derived from other inspections are copied.

Note: If this check box is cleared, the inspections that are set for the reference activity of the specified service order activity are copied to the new service order activity.
Texts: If this check box is selected, the texts are copied to the targeted service order.

Note: This check box is enabled if you select the Copy Header Only check box.
