Field Information

Sold-to Business Partner

The sold-to BP for which the service order is created.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Service Order

The code that LN generates for the service order.

Site

The code of the site for which the service order must be generated.

Note: 

• This field is displayed only if the Sites field is set to Active or In Preparation in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
• This value is defaulted from the Site field in the Service Offices (tsmdm1100m000) session.

Installation Group

The installation group for which the service order is created.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Item

The serialized item for which the service order is created.

Note: The serialized item must be linked to the installation group, if specified.

Serial Number

The serial number of the item for which the service order is created.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Reference Activity

The code of the reference activity listed for the service order.

Note: LN allows you to select only the reference activity assigned to the Site.

Activity Duration

The amount of time taken to execute the activity.

Time Duration Unit

The unit of time used to express the activity duration.

Planned Start Time

The time when the service order must be started.

Planned Finish Time

The time when the service order must be completed.

The earliest time at which work on the service order is planned to start.

Latest Finish Time

The time at which the service order is planned to finish at the latest.

Directly assign to me

Release Order

If this check box is selected, LN sets the status of the service order to Released when the order is created.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Directly assign to me check box is selected.
