Generate (Project) Structure for Service Orders/Depot Repair Orders (tsmdm2275m000)

Use this session to, generate project structure for the standard item present in the work order/ maintenance sales order/ service order lines that must be customized or produced.

LN generates the project structure based on the work order/ maintenance sales order/ service order that you select.

Note: You must select the Use Manufacturing Projects check box in the Service Order Parameters (tssoc0100m000) session to integrate with the Manufacturing module.

Field Information

Order Origin

The origin of the order. Following are the available values:

  • Work Order
  • Maintenance Sales Order
  • Service Order
Order

The From and To fields define a range of: work orders maintenance sales orders/ service orders for which LN generates the project structure.

Note: The work order maintenance sales order/ service orders session opens based on the value that you select in the Order Origin field.
Line

The From and To fields define a range of: line number that distinguishes the part / material cost line from the other cost lines listed for the work order maintenance sales order/ service orders.

Order

The From and To fields define a range of: work order maintenance sales order/ service orders for which LN generates the project structure.

Order (Line)

The From and To fields define a range of: line numbers that distinguishes thepart / material cost line from the other cost lines listed for the work order maintenance sales order/ service orders.

Service Department

The From and To fields define a range of: service departments for which LN generates the project structure.

Service Department

The From and To fields define a range of: service departments for which LN generates the project structure.

Sold-to Business Partner

The From and To fields define a range of: Sold-to Business Partner for which LN generates the project structure.

Sold-to BP

The From and To fields define a range of: Sold-to Business Partner for which LN generates the project structure.

Item Group

The From and To fields define a range of: item groups for which LN generates the project structure.

Item Group

The From and To fields define a range of: Item Group for which LN generates the project structure.

From Item

The From and To fields define a range of: items for which LN generates the project structure.

To Item

The From and To fields define a range of: Items for which LN generates the project structure.

Find Active Project For Sold-to-BP

If this check box is selected, LN searches for active project of the sold-to business partner present in the selected work order maintenance sales order/ service order header.

If a active project for Sold-to Business Partner is found, the active project is used for customization and no new project is generated.

Initial Project Status

Status with which the new project is created.

Project Series

Select project series for which projects must be generated.

Generate Project Parts For Standard Items

If this check box is selected, you can associate standard items to a project without generating the project structure. The standard items provided on the part / material lines is linked to the project without any customization.

Process Report

If this check box is selected, LN prints a process report.

Error Report

If this check box is selected, LN prints a error report.
