Use this session to create, display and maintain a list of skills for any given service employee.

Note: The Effective date and Expiry date for the skills are defined in LN Common . LN Service uses these dates to check if a specific resource can perform the required activity within/during the planned start and planned finish time of the activity.Note: If you specify effective date and do not specify expiry date, LN takes into consideration that the skills are always effective. - Expiry Date

How well the employee masters the skill. A higher value indicates a higher level of expertise. If a number of employees have the required skills, LN uses the skill factor to select the most prefered employee for the task.
Note: Only values between 0.0 and 1.0 are allowed.
