Print Rental Quote Documents (tsepp1400m100)

Use this session to

print the rental quote document. The document can be printed as one of the following:
  • Internal Document
  • External Document

Field Information

Selection
Print What

The type of document that must be printed.

Allowed values

Internal Document

The cost amounts and the gross margin are printed. The status of the contract is not changed.

External Document

Only the sales amounts are printed. You send the document to the sold-to business partner. The status of the contract is not changed.

Rented-to Business Partner
The From and To fields define a range of rented-to business partners linked to the rental quotes.
Rental Quote
The From and To fields define a range of rental quotes.
Revision
The From and To fields define a range of revisions defined for rental quotes.
Rental Office
The From and To fields define a range of the rental offices linked to the rental quotes.
Search Argument
The From and To fields define a range of search arguments specified for rental quotes.

Indicate how the quotes lines are filtered to be printed.

Rental Maintenance Lines
If this check box is selected, the maintenance activity lines linked to the rental quote are printed.
