Create Rental Quote (tsepp1207m000)
Use this session to create rental quotes to rent out equipment or rental products. You can also generate rental quotes based on the data specified for a call or a equipment rental request. The rental quote is processed into a rental order.
Note: This session is displayed only if the Equipment as a Service check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
Field Information
- Equipment
- The code of the item that is rented out.
- Serial Number
- The serial number of the serialized equipment that is rented out.
- Rental Template
- The code of the rental template that is linked to the rental quote.
- Number of Units

The number of units required for the rental quote.
Note: This field is enabled only if you specify a value in the Rental Template field.
- Rental Template List
- The code of the rental template list that is linked to the rental quote.
- Rented-to Business Partner
- The code of the rented-to business partner to whom the equipment is rented out.
- Quote Description
- The description of the rental quote.
- Rental Office
- The department that owns the rental equipment.
- Service Type
- The service type of the rental quote.
- Location Address
- The address where the rental equipment is located.
- Rental Period
- The duration for which the rental items specified on the linked rental quote agreements are rented out.
- At Business Partner Location
- The date and time until when the equipment is rented out.
- Expected Return Time
- The date and time until when the equipment is expected to be returned.
