Copy Quotes to History (tsepp1205m000)

Use this session to copy the maintenance sales order quotations to history.

Note: LN copies to history only the quotations that match all of the criteria that is specified in the selection range.

Field Information

Sold-to Business Partner: The From and To fields define a range of: sold-to business partners for whom you want to transfer the maintenance sales order quotations to history.
Sold-to Business Partner (To): The From and To fields define a range of: sold-to business partners for whom you want to transfer the maintenance sales order quotations to history.
Quote: The From and To fields define a range of: order quotations to be transferred to history.
Order Quotation (To): The From and To fields define a range of: order quotations to be transferred to history.
Search Argument: The From and To fields define a range of: search arguments for which you want to transfer the maintenance sales order quotations to history.
Search Argument (To): The From and To fields define a range of: search arguments for which you want to transfer the maintenance sales order quotations to history.
Delete Quote: If this check box is selected, the application deletes the quotation after the quotation is copied to history.

Note: You can delete a quotation only if the status of the maintenance sales orders linked to the quotation, is set to Closed or Canceled.
Delete related Quote Request: If this check box is selected, LN deletes the quote requests after the quote requests are copied to history.

Note: This field is displayed only if the Use Quote Requests for Maintenance Sales check box is selected in the Service Quote Parameters (tsepp0100m000) session.
Copy related Quote Request to History: If this check box is selected, LN copies the quote requests related to the maintenance sales quotations to history.

Note: This field is displayed only if the Use Quote Requests for Maintenance Sales check box is selected in the Service Quote Parameters (tsepp0100m000) session.
Process Report: If this check box is selected, LN generates a process report for the transfer of maintenance sales quotations to history.
Error Report: If this check box is selected, LN generates a error report in case there are problems in the transfer of maintenance sales quotations to history.
