Note: 

• You can process a quote line only if the status of the line is set to Accepted in the Quote Line (tsepp1610m200) session.
• This field is displayed only if the Process Quote Lines to Service Orders check box is selected in these sessions:
  • Service Quote Parameters (tsepp0100m000)
  • Service Offices (tsmdm1100m100)
• This field is enabled only if the Proposal Method field is set to Budget Indicator for the related quote in the Quote (tsepp1100m100) session.

Service Order Series Number

The series used to create the service orders when the quote is processed.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Add to Service Order

The code of the service order to which the processed quote lines are linked. You can specify a service order for which the Pricing Method is set to Time and Material.

Note: 

• This field is displayed only if the Process Quote Lines to Service Orders check box is selected in these sessions:
  • Service Quote Parameters (tsepp0100m000)
  • Service Offices (tsmdm1100m100)
• You can specify a service order linked to the sold-to business partner of selected quote.
• If a value is not specified in this field, a new service order is created, and the processed quote lines are linked to the new service order.

Maintenance Sales Order Series Number

The series used to create the maintenance sales orders when the quote is processed.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Create Work Order for Part Maintenance Lines

If this check box is selected, LN creates the work order for the part maintenance lines when the quote is processed.

Check ATP Inventory

If this check box is selected, the ATP check is performed for the inventory.

Skip Blocked Inventory

If this check box is selected, the blocked inventory is not considered during quotes planning process.

Check Planned Inventory

If this check box is selected, the planned inventory check is performed.

Block Processing of Quotes with Shortages

If this check box is selected, LN blocks quotes with the Inventory Check Status set to Shortage or Supply is late.

Check On Hand Inventory

If this check box is selected, the on hand inventory check is performed.

Scope of Inventory Check

The locations where the material availability can be checked.

Allowed values

All Warehouses in Planning Cluster

Checks if the material is available in the warehouse defined on the Material Line.

Current Warehouse Only

Checks if the material is available in one of the warehouses in the same cluster as the warehouse defined on the Material Line.

Update Planned Delivery Time of Material Lines

If this check box is selected, the Planned Delivery Time of the Material Lines is updated with the Planned Available Date when Inventory Check Status is set to Supply is late in the Service Material Availability (tstdm2520m000) session. When this check box is selected and the Check Planned Inventory check box is also selected, this check is recalculated after the update.

Update Quote (Lines) with Latest Planned Material Line

If this check box is selected, the Planned Start time of the quote or quote line of the related material line, are updated with the latest Planned Delivery time of the material lines.

Synchronize Materials with Latest Planned Material Line

If this check box is selected, the Planned Delivery time of all material lines related to the quote or quote line are updated with the last Planned Delivery time of the material lines.

Error Report

If this check box is selected, an error report is generated if the process is not completed successfully.

Process Report

If this check box is selected, a process report is generated if the process is completed successfully.
