Customer Claims: The From and To fields define a range of: customer claims to be closed.

Service Department: The From and To fields define a range of: service departments for which the customer claims must be closed.
Creation Date: The From and To fields define a range of: time interval for which the customer claims must be closed.

Delete Customer Claims: If this check box is selected, customer claim must be deleted when it is closed. The claim must be posted to history before it is deleted.
Copy Closed Claims to History: If this check box is selected, the claim must be posted to history before it is deleted. This option is disabled when Delete Customer Claims checkbox is selected.

Process Report: If this check box is selected, LN prints a report with a statement that customer claim is closed.
Error Report: If this check box is selected, LN prints a error report with a details of reason for closing the customer claim.
