Solutions (tsclm3135m000)

Use this session to list and maintain details of solutions to calls in the Call Management module. You can use the solutions to construct a diagnostic tree to diagnose calls.

Field Information

Solution: The code of the solution.
Description: A brief description of the solution.
Duration: The default time required to carry out the solution.

Note: LN defaults this value in the expected Duration field, in the Call (tsclm1100m000) session, based on the specified Expected Solution.
Expected Solution: If this check box is selected, solution code can be used as the expected solution in Call (tsclm1100m000) session and Order System.
Actual Solution: If this check box is selected, Solution code can be used as the actual solution in Call (tsclm1100m000) session and Order System.
