Print Inspections (tscfg3400m000)

Use this session to print reports based on the status of inspections.

Note:

For the inspections that are not performed: you can print the inspection results registration form on which the service engineer registers the measurement values.

For inspections that have been performed: you can print a list of the inspections for each serialized item or service/work order.

Field Information

Selection Range: Use the fields in the Selection Range group box to specify the range to print the inspections.
Pending Inspections: If this check box is selected, LN prints the inspection that are to be performed.
Print Space for Notes: If this check box is selected, LN allows blank spaces to include inspection notes.

Note: LN enables this checkbox only if Pending Inspections checkbox is selected.
Print Instruction Text: If this check box is selected, LN prints instructions text of the specified measurement type.

Note: This check box is enabled only if Pending Inspections checkbox is selected.
Print Position Information: If this check box is selected, LN prints the information about position of the item.

Note: This check box is enabled only if Pending Inspections checkbox is selected.
Print Tool Information: If this check box is selected, LN prints information of the tool used for measurement.

Note: This check box is enabled only if Pending Inspections checkbox is selected.
Print Maintenance Triggers: If this check box is selected, LN prints the maintenance triggers applicable for the inspection.

Note: This check box is enabled only if Pending Inspections checkbox is selected.
Performed Inspections: If this check box is selected, LN prints the inspection details of the specified range that has status Measured.
Print Inspection Note: If this check box is selected, LN prints the notes registered for the inspection.

Note: This check box is enabled only if Performed Inspections checkbox is selected.
Print Maintenance Notifications: If this check box is selected, LN prints the maintenance notifications of the inspection for the specified range.

Note: This check box is enabled only if Performed Inspections checkbox is selected.
Only Open Notifications: If this check box is selected, LN prints the notifications details of the inspection for the specified range that has status Free.

Note: This check box is enabled only if Performed Inspections checkbox is selected.
Include Pending Inspections: If this check box is selected, LN prints the details of the inspection for the specified range that has status Free on the report of executed inspections.
