Rental Equipment Calendar (tscfg2562m000)

Use session to view and maintain the rental equipment availability and non-availability, based on the regular calendar compared with the manual reservations in the Planned Rental Equipment Transactions (tscfg2160m000) session.

Note:

At the time of receiving a rented out equipment, a rental calendar reservation is created for the inbound lead time specified for the equipment in the Item Data by Warehouse (whwmd2110s000) session. The rental calendar reservation is not created if the hours specified in the Inbound field in the Rental Lead Times section in the Item Data by Warehouse (whwmd2110s000) for the rental item is less than the hours specified in the / field in this session.
If a rented out equipment is received earlier than the Planned Off Hire date specified in the Equipment Lines (tssoc2122m100) session, the remaining calendar reservations related to the equipment are cleared

Field Information

Equipment: The code of the equipment.
/: The serial number of the equipment.
Calendar: The code of the calendar linked to the equipment.
/: The availability type linked to the equipment.
Period: The duration from the start date to the end date.
Period Dates: The start date of the period.
Period Dates: The end date of the period.
Date: The date from when the equipment is available/unavailable.
Day: The day of the week from when the equipment is available/unavailable.
Start Date: The start date of the of period from when the item is available/unavailable.
Start Time: The start time of the of period from when the item is available/unavailable.
End Date: The end date of the of period up to when the item is available/unavailable.
End Time: The end time of the of period up to when the item is available/unavailable.
Hours: The total number of hours for which the item is available/unavailable.
Availability: Indicates if the time period indicates availability or unavailability of the equipment.
Allocated To: The code of the rental agreement that is created for the period.

Note: This value is a combination of the service order and the activity line number (rental agreement) that is created for the equipment.
Description: The description or name of the code.
