Creation of the After Sales Service header and line
Infor LN creates the After Sales Service header and the lines based on the originating objects. You cannot add the lines manually.
The header is created when the first After Sales Service line is created for an item linked to an object.
Note: The After Sales Service lines are created only for the items to be delivered. Infor LN does not create the lines for the return order lines or the consignment invoicing lines.
