Service-item groups (tsmdm2110m000)

Service item groups are groups of items with common characteristics. Grouping of service items help in easier assignment of multiple items to a contract, quote, or warranty. For example, if you want to cover all your gaskets in a contract, assign the gaskets to the same service item group, before including that item group in the contract. Before you specify the data, you must define service item groups.
