Extended Integration with Sales Orders

Physical Breakdown Structure integration with sales order can be extended and is called After Sales Service. This functionality is enabled only if the Extended Service Integration parameter is selected on the Sales Parameters (tdsls0100s000) session. You can view the objects for which after sales actions must be executed, default values of the actions defined for the After Sales Service lines. The objects includes:

• Sales Order
• Sales Quote
• Contract Deliverable
