Releasing cost lines

You can release material, labor, equipment, subcontracting and sundry cost lines using the following overview and associated details sessions:

• Material Transactions to be Invoiced (tppin2100m100)
• Labor Transactions to be Invoiced (tppin2100m200)
• Equipment Transactions to be Invoiced (tppin2100m300)
• Subcontracting Transactions to be Invoiced (tppin2100m400)
• Sundry Cost Transactions to be Invoiced (tppin2100m500)
• Overhead Transactions to be Invoiced (tppin2100m600)

You can also release multiple cost lines for invoicing in the Approve Transactions for Invoicing (tppin4257m000) session. You can also print a range of cost plus lines in the Print Cost-Plus Transactions (tppin4457m000) session.

You can invoice for contract extensions such as scope changes in work, provisional amounts and price or quantity fluctuation settlements.
