Earned Value Method Related Data (tpptc5511m000)

Use this session to display the earned value methods of those activity that are used in the time-phased budget for the current version.

You can maintain earned value methods with the following sessions:

EV Start/End Percentage Related Data (tpptc5112s000)
EV Maximum Percentage Related Data (tpptc5113s000)
EV Milestones Related Data (tpptc5111s000)

Note: Because of working with a structure derived from the versions, the data belonging to a version can come from an older (most recent) version.

Project Status

The project status.

Current Version

The current budget version. This is the version for which you maintain the activity budgeted amounts. To change the current version, use the Change Current Version command appropriate menu.

Version Status

The version status.

Activity

The activity for which the data is displayed.

Version

The version in which the record with the EV-method related data of the activity is stored. This record is also valid for the current version.

If the Version field for a displayed activity has no value, the activity has no earned value method data.

Earned Value Method

The earned value concept for the activity.

Used as Leaf Node

The earned value method is calculated for the lowest level leaf nodes, in other words only the amounts on the structure's nodes are used for EV.
